Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-05-23.

This policy explains how AtlasOPX handles personal information collected through the public marketing website at atlasopx.com. It does not govern use of the AtlasOPX product platform, which is covered by separate customer agreements.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

AtlasOPX operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, contact privacy@atlasopx.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate this website and respond to people who contact us.

  • Information you choose to provide: your name, work email, company, role, country, message content and any other details you send to us by email or through a contact channel published on the site.
  • Technical information needed to deliver the site: IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, referrers and timestamps may be processed by our hosting, security and content delivery providers.
  • Local preference data: this site stores your privacy banner choice in your browser's local storage. That preference stays on your device unless your browser sends it as part of a page request or you clear it.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange product conversations.
  • To operate, secure, monitor and improve the public website.
  • To maintain business records about people and organisations that contact us.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights if needed.

4. Legal bases for EU/UK visitors

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate the website, secure it and respond to business enquiries; consent where consent is required for optional storage or communications; and legal obligation where we must keep or disclose information to comply with law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

  • service providers that host, deliver, secure or maintain the website;
  • email, scheduling, CRM or support providers used to handle enquiries;
  • professional advisers, insurers or auditors where reasonably necessary;
  • public authorities or courts if required by law.

6. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual, technical and organisational measures intended to protect information during that processing.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the relationship, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for site operations, security and provider diagnostics. Local storage preferences remain in your browser until you clear site data or the preference is replaced.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a copy of information you provided. To exercise a right, contact privacy@atlasopx.com.

9. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first so we can investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to your local privacy or data protection regulator.

10. Children

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the website, our service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last changed.
